OVERVIEW
Sherring warehouse was a design assist, construction management project. A total of 39,200 square feet was constructed. Primary structure is conventional steel.
The ownership group was in need of an engaged local contractor who would participate in the review of drawings and offer real cost and time saving solutions.
The result is a beautiful 39,200 square foot building. The exterior is kingspan insulated metal panels, creating a very modern and attractive building.
Specific coordination was required with the tenant to ensure that their loading and racking plans were usable and that the concrete slab had sufficient thickening in the correct locations.
