As a construction manager, we work with the design team, trades, and suppliers early on in the process. Early communication in the building process ensures everyone is on the same page, and promotes effective coordination through the entire build, creating an environment for success. Early involvement of all parties allows for value engineering which finds costs savings for the owner.
As a General Contractor, we start with completed plans and supervise all aspects of the project from ground break to grand opening. We manage all scheduling, phasing, staging, quality control and other administrative duties.
This process brings together all project team members under one contract. Silver Ridge works with an architect to create your plan, and working closely with project managers, we can identify and address issues early, ensuring a successful build from the beginning. Design-build requires the team to work together to solve problems and make any necessary changes to meet budget requirements and deadlines.
